Encrypting Outlook 2010 email –

1. Open a New email.
2. Click on Options
3. Then on ‘More Options’  in the last tab.
4. Hit the SecuritySettings button
5. Select the checkbox saying – Encrypt message contents and attachments.
6. Press OK and Close
7. Send your encrypted email
